    [For course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 22:00 on the day before your visit.
    [For reservations for seats only] A fee of 1,000 yen (per person) will be charged for cancellations made after 10 PM the day before your visit.
    *In the unlikely event that there are duplicate reservations, reservations made by phone will be prioritized.*If we are unable to confirm your order, it will be treated as a cancellation.
    *During peak seasons, especially December, telephone confirmation is mandatory.
    *For group bookings (8 or more people), cancellations or significant changes must be made at least one week in advance. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will apply (two weeks in advance during peak season). Please contact us by phone for more details.
